For the 2022 Met Gala, Bella Hadid stepped out in black Burberry gown for the night’s Gilded Glamour theme. Designed by Riccardo Tisci, the ensemble included a custom corset, lace leggings overlaid with a chiffon skirt along with a chiffon shawl, and leather sandals. Opera gloves were the accessory of choice, one of the most recognisable symbols of glamour and were a fashion mainstay during the late 1800s to early 1900s.
Styled by Gabriella Karefa-Johnson & Elliot Soriano, Bella’s look was complemented with pearls. She actually wore a Briony Raymond pearl bracelet in an unexpected way: around her ankle. As for her earrings, she wore $180 pearl earrings by Dorsey.
